- Hazardous Tree Park Lot A – approval needed to remove not to exceed $ 1000.00
- Park Lot E-Hazardous tree removed and cleaned up, discussed in 2024, need approval for payment in the amount of $ 800 to Clean Livin’ Construction.

- Need approval to purchase 50 bags (minimum order) needed to deliver Welcome Packets, purchase cost of $180.67.

- Request to remove the fence next to 856 Lakeshore Drive.
- Approval to Purchase Gate Key Cards, Reference LindaZukonik Email
- Survey Park Lot P (sewer) and E (wall) as needed to record encroachments on each Park Lot.
- Park Lot C, Erosion issue due to wet weather events. Storm water flows from Lakeshore Drive through Park Lot C into Barnes Lake.
